Blue Coated Stainless
Produces a darker timbre than stainless, replicating the sound of traditional gut.
Standard style models lie totally on the bottom head and do not pass over the bearing edge (similar to a "snappy" snare). These cable units will help make the drum warmer in character while also decreasing sympathetic buzz. Overall length of snare unit is 13 inches. Size of the snare end is 1.25 x .5 inches.
